Terms of use
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms are between you and [Your business name] ("we"), who sell StayMethodic. By buying or using it you agree to them.
What you get
- A one-time purchase gives one household access to the planner, using one key, on up to 4 devices at a time.
- You can add your partner and other household members. Each sign-in uses one of the 4 devices.
- The key is for your household only. Please do not share or resell it.
Payment
You pay once, by card or wallet. There is no subscription. Prices, including any sales tax, VAT or GST, are shown before you pay, and may be shown in your local currency.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your order may be sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) for the payment. Your bank statement may show LINK.COM* STAYMETHODIC, and your receipt comes from Link. We still provide the planner and its support.
Refunds
If something is not working for you, email us and we will try to fix it. Refund requests are looked at one by one. Link may also handle payment questions and issue refunds in some cases. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. If a payment is refunded or reversed, access for that household ends.
Using the planner
- Keep your email account secure. Anyone who can read your email could sign in.
- Do not use the planner for anything illegal, and do not try to break or overload it.
- You own what you put in your planner. You can download it any time from Settings.
The service
We work hard to keep the planner running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. The planner helps you organise; it does not replace your own judgement, for example for money or health decisions. The handicap and money figures are estimates. The medicine log only keeps the record you enter and the reminders you set. It is not medical advice: always follow the label, your pharmacist or your doctor.
We may improve or change features over time. If we ever stop running the planner, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your information.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we will update the date above. Questions? Email info@staymethodic.com.
